What takes place at an Open House?

Take A Tour:  We will set you up with one of our staff members to take you on a tour of our warehouse. Inside our shop we will have a few sections of equipment with different themes. We have our Wedding section which will have our DJ systems, ceremony sound systems and wedding themed lighting. Our Teen Party section will be setup with cool DJ Systems, upgraded dance lighting, sound systems, dance boxes and more. Our Corporate Corner will feature A/V Systems, PA gear, Video Demos, Projection Screens, Video Cameras, and high tech lighting.

Meet Our Professional DJs:  This is your opportunity to find a DJ that’s matches your taste and style. We will research your date, location, music preferences and age group and hand pick a DJ for you to meet with that best fits your criteria. In this interview process, you will be able to discuss your music preferences more in detail, a timeline of events and the DJ’s hosting style. Our DJ will walk you through our planning material, music list and offer you a variety of creative ideas to help you custom design your perfect wedding day.

Meet Our Video Staff:  Meet with our video manager and view our wedding video demos on DVD.  He'll explain the different packages that we offer as well as some additional options including pre-ceremony coverage, high definition and other possibilities. We’ll also show you the cameras and equipment that we will use at your event. Although we don't give out DVD demos, we do have some samples online for you to view. Vendors of the month:  Each Open House we plan to invite a wedding professionals to present their services as well.  There are so many professionals out there, but we limit it to the ones we have worked with for years and trust they will do an exceptional job for you.  Jan. 20th:  www.ultra-spective.com, www.scottyscatering.com and www.cakedelight.com. 

Space is limited, so we kindly ask that you RSVP ahead of time to let us know that you'll be attending. To help us coordinate the flow of guests, we have 1 hour timeframes... either 6:00pm, 7:00pm or 8:00pm. Beverages & snacks will be provided! (Adults only please, if possible)
